The SCOTT Scale RC Team is a high-end carbon hardtail designed for cross-country racing and marathon performance. With its lightweight frame, responsive geometry, and race-oriented componentry, it transforms every pedal stroke into forward momentum with maximum efficiency and minimal energy loss.
The frame is constructed from HMF carbon fiber and features fully integrated cable routing through the Syncros Cable Integration System. It includes a BB92 bottom bracket, a UDH-compatible derailleur hanger, and a 12×148 mm Boost rear axle with a 55 mm chainline – ensuring stiffness, power transfer, and long-term drivetrain reliability even under demanding conditions.

At the front, the RockShox SID SL 3P suspension fork delivers 100 or 110 mm of travel (depending on build). It comes with Solo Air tuning, rebound adjustment, and RideLoc remote lockout – allowing instant control between firm, traction, and open modes based on the terrain.

The drivetrain is built around a 1×12-speed SRAM S1000 Eagle AXS electronic system, with a 34T front chainring and a wide-range 10–52T cassette. This setup provides excellent climbing gears and plenty of top-end speed, all while maintaining crisp and responsive shifting without cables.

Braking is handled by hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm rotors in the front and 160 mm in the rear. This setup ensures powerful, predictable stopping control in all weather and trail conditions.

The 29″ wheels feature 30 mm wide tubeless-ready rims paired with Maxxis Rekon Race 29×2.4″ tires. This combination delivers confident grip, efficient rolling, and precise control over technical terrain, loose gravel, or dry forest tracks.

Up front, the cockpit is designed for aggressive XC handling – the Syncros Fraser 2.0 XC alloy handlebar (740 mm width) is paired with a Syncros XC 2.0 stem and lock-on grips for precision and comfort. A Syncros Duncan Dropper Post allows for quick seat height adjustment mid-ride, and the Belcarra saddle ensures support on longer efforts.
